The 16th ESIL Annual Conference was due to take place in Stockholm from 10-12 September 2020. However, due to the Coronavirus, it has been postponed to 9-11 September 2021. For more information on the conference, see here.
One Agorae, entitled ‘The order of the oceans and changes in lawmaking’, on 9 September 2021, will be law of the sea related. For more information on the programme, see here.
We are happy to announce that our interest group panel proposal, entitled ‘Law of the Sea Scholarship: its Nature, Past, Present and Future’, was chosen to be included in the ESIL conference programme as Agora 12 on 11 September 2021. Speakers will be: Irini Papanicolopulu, Miguel García García-Revillo, and Richard Barnes; the Agora will be chaired by André Nollkaemper.
